client server and end user platforms and their associated peripheral
equipment.

Ability
to translate technical terms into layman's language and communicate
both technical and non-technical information through one-on-one, with
phone support and in writing.

Knowledge
of systems implementation to include three tier redundancy, disaster
recovery strategies and fail over strategies.
